Today's post is about a DIY hair mask I tried this weekend for the first time. I love colouring my hair. In fact I've been doing it for the last 5 years or so - non stop! My most recent trip to the salon resulted in me walking out with gorgeous (if I may say so myself) Ombre hair. Bright copper tips blending out of my natural black hair. Naturally, going lighter always makes my hair super dry and to be honest it's quite damaging.
So, I found a simple, quick and easy DIY hair mask to condition my hair and thought I'd give it a try.
After 45 minutes, wash thoroughly with your regular shampoo and conditioner. I usually just let my hair dry naturally... and here are the results! |
What are your DIY hair treatments and tips?

ReplyDeletei haven't dyed my hair, but it has been feeling a little dry. I'd heard about this egg/coconut mask before, but never gave it a try ( i have tried just coconut oil though).
This looks really good. You can put it on your face to tighten your skin too. I'll have to try it on my hair. Thank you!
ReplyDeletei NEED to give this ago. your hair is sooooo beautiful

How would you heat the coconut oil?
ReplyDeleteTwo ways: either microwave it or put the whole bottle of coconut oil in hot water! X
